Maple Bourbon Coffee 

A warm frothy cup of coffee mixed with the tastes of the season with a lil kick. Maple and bourbon to kick off the fall seasons right!     2500          gil

Ingredients 

1 cup strong brewed coffee1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)2 tablespoons maple syrup1 1/2 ounces bourbon1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmegWhipped cream (optional)Cinnamon stick (for garnish)Instructions:Brew your coffee and pour it into a large mug.In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Stir until warm and well blended.Remove from heat and stir in the bourbon.Pour the mixture into your mug of coffee and stir well.Top with whipped cream if desired, and garnish with a cinnamon stick for that extra fall touch.

Maple Bacon Pecan Cookies 

A buttery cookie mixed with the flavors of the fall. Infused with maple & pecans. Topped with bacon make this one cookie, dying to sink your teeth into!     2500          gil

Ingredients 

1 cup unsalted butter, softened3/4 cup granulated sugar3/4 cup brown sugar, packed1 large egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon maple extract (optional)2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup chopped pecans6-8 slices cooked bacon, chopped1/2 cup maple syrupInstructions:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and maple extract until well combined.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.Fold in the chopped pecans and bacon.Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.Flatten each ball slightly, and brush the tops with maple syrup.Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)1/2 cup heavy cream1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/4 cup maple syrup2 oz dark chocolate, chopped1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/8 teaspoon ground cloves1/8 teaspoon ground allspiceWhipped cream (optional)Cinnamon stick (for garnish)Marshmallows (optional)Instructions:In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.Whisk in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and hot.Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows if desired.Garnish with a cinnamon stick for a cozy touch.
